Sing with Encore Melody Makers this Fall!
Encore Creativity for Older Adults is the nation’s largest choral arts organization for adults 55 and over. Our Melody Makers ensembles are interactive singing-based programs that combine singing with movement activities; these programs are designed for singers experiencing mid-to-moderate stage cognitive change, their care partners and other community members. Sessions include singing familiar and learning new music, engaging in fun movement activities with instruments or props, and time to reminisce and make new friends.
With the generous support of our sponsors, Arts for Life programs are available for whatever you want to pay starting at $0.

Participation: Please register yourself and anyone you may be registering for as one of the following roles.
- Participant: singer with cognitive change
- Care Partner: carer for participant
- Ambassador: support singer for a participant
Date/Time: 10-week sessions
- Encore Melody Makers Annapolis rehearsals begin on Wednesday, August 26th at 11am.
- Encore Melody Maker Insight Sterling rehearsals begin on Monday, September 14th at 11am.

Program Fee: $0 - Pay What You Will
Registration: Registration for the fall program will be open throughout the season, and new singers are always welcome to join us!
COVID Policy
Encore singers are not required but are encouraged to stay up-to-date on vaccinations and boosters for COVID-19. For full information on our COVID-19 recommendations, please see the Encore Creativity COVID Task Force statement from April 25, 2024.
