St. Thomas Performance Trip

This trip will be a performance tour to remember! We will rehearse with ample time for sightseeing and travel experiences. Our host hotel will be the Windward Passage Hotel in downtown St Thomas, located just steps away from Magens Bay Beach, high class restaurants, and nighttime entertainment. Encore singers will have the opportunity to share the joy of singing in St Thomas and explore the island in the gorgeous spring weather. Spouses, guests, and family members are warmly welcomed to attend our tour.


Itinerary Details

The itinerary for this trip will include a host of rehearsals, performances, and activities for Encore singers and guests to enjoy together! A sample of activities include:

  • Opening dinner and reception
  • Rehearsals and two performances on the island of St Thomas, conducted by Artistic Director Brian Fontaine-Isaac
  • Group dinner at the famous and renowned Malfolie Hotel
  • A group outing and picnic at Magens Bay Beach

Costs and Rates

  • Single Occupancy: $1675 per person
  • Single Occupancy, non-singer: $1575 per person
  • Double Occupancy: $1135 per person 
  • Double Occupancy, non-singer: $1035 per person

Final payment is due by March 17, 2024.

If you have placed a deposit with us through our Roadmap of Events Deposit registration page, you will receive a coupon code after deposit registration closes on January 2, 2024. Please use the coupon code provided in that email. Your deposit amount of $200 will be deducted from your subtotal at the payment page. (Please note, when selecting a ticket, it will show the full cost. The final page before payment will have your deposit deducted from the total.)

Extra nights for a pre- or post-trip can be reserved with Encore at the St. Thomas Extra Nights registration page.

If you do not have an Encore polo shirt for performances, you can purchase a polo shirt with your registration for $30. Please indicate your preferred size and cut on the registration page.

Listed costs include breakfasts, lunches, opening dinner/reception, and one group dinner. Airfare is not included.


Refund Policy

  • Cancellation on or before March 17, 2024: Full refund minus $50 admin fee
  • Cancellation March 18, 2024 - April 21, 2024: 50% refund
  • Cancellation on or after April 22, 2024: No refund
