Encore returns for our annual summer camp at Washington College!

Our 5-day musical journey in Chestertown culminates in a free performance to light up the halls, conducted by Joey Clark.

This is your chance to join a welcoming community of like-minded singers 55+ and sing in harmony, whether you're a ROCKer or a lover of traditional choral music.

Spouses, partners, and guests are warmly welcomed!

Materials

You will receive hard copies of your music when you first arrive at camp when you check in. Digital versions of materials (score PDFs and rehearsal tracks) will be available online to practice before you arrive. Please note that there will be no rehearsal CDs for summer camps.

Accomodation Options

If you would like to stay with Encore's rooms at Washington College, please select "single" or "double".

For those who wish to commute, or those who have alternate accomodations for the trip, please select "commuter".

Costs and Rates

Listed costs include meals and all activities. Single and double occupancy rates include accommodation at Washington College.

If you have placed a deposit with us through our Roadmap of Events Deposit registration page, you will receive a coupon code after deposit registration closes. Please use the coupon code provided in that email. Your deposit amount of $200 will be deducted from your subtotal at the payment page. (Please note, when selecting a ticket, it will show the full cost. The final page before payment will have your deposit deducted from the total.)

Online credit card payments are subject to a 4% credit card processing fee. You may also choose to pay via check mailed to Encore's address without the credit card fee. To pay via check, please select the check payment option and choose "Pay Later (Check)" on the registration form. (Click here for a visual guide to the button on the registration page.)

Final payment is due by April 15th, 2025.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation on or before April 15th, 2025: Full refund 
• Cancellation from April 16th, 2025 - May 16th, 2025: 50% refund
• Cancellation on or after May 17th, 2025: No refund
