Join us for a magical weekend retreat in Orlando to celebrate the start of a new season of singing! This weekend retreat will take Encore singers to bright and sunny Florida for three days of music, friendship, and fun. You'll get a sneak peek at the repertoire for the spring semester and harmonize with Encore singers from across the nation, with an informal performance in the hotel ballroom.

Our host hotel, the Holiday Inn Disney Springs, is just minutes away from Orlando's premiere shopping and dining destination, Disney Springs. The harmony of Encore music, combined with the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort, is sure to bring a smile to your face and start your spring semester of singing off right!

This trip also offers an optional Disney Day at the Magic Kingdom before our trip fully begins. Visit the park with fellow Encore singers and enjoy the wonder and magic of a Disney weekend! (To extend your trip with our optional Disney Day, please follow the registration page here.)

Location Details

The Holiday Inn Disney Springs, an official hotel of the Walt Disney World Resort, is conveniently located within the Disney Resort area and is minutes away from Disney Springs, where myriad dining and shopping options await. The hotel also offers shuttles to Disney theme parks. Join us for our optional extension to the Magic Kingdom on January 23 for an extra special welcome to our weekend!

Materials

You will receive hard copies of your music when you first arrive at the retreat when you check in. Digital versions of materials (score PDFs and rehearsal tracks) will be available online to practice 30 days before the start of camp. There are no CDs provided for this retreat.

Costs and Rates

Listed prices include activities, breakfast and lunch each day, and welcome reception dinner. Additional dinners are not included.

If you have placed a deposit with us through our Roadmap of Events Deposit registration page, you will receive a coupon code after deposit registration closes. Please use the coupon code provided in that email. Your deposit amount of $200 will be deducted from your subtotal at the payment page. (Please note, when selecting a ticket, it will show the full cost. The final page before payment will have your deposit deducted from the total.)

Online credit card payments are subject to a 4% credit card processing fee. You may also choose to pay via check mailed to Encore's address without the credit card fee. To pay via check, please select the check payment option and choose "Pay Later (Check)" on the registration form. (Click here for a visual guide to the button on the registration page.)

Final payment is due by November 23rd, 2024.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation on or before November 24th, 2024: Full refund 
• Cancellation from November 25th, 2024 - December 25th, 2024: 50% refund
• Cancellation on or after December 25th, 2024: No refund
