New York City Spring Tour

Encore singers meet the Big Apple with our Spring Performance Tour in New York City! We'll be joining Encore singers in the Manhattan and New York City area for a tour through the glamor and neon lights of New York's famous musical and Broadway districts.

We'll experience a live Broadway show, tour the illustrious halls of Carnegie Hall, visit the famous Statue of Liberty, and have a friendship-filled dinner in Times Square. Plus, take a wonderful mix of Chorale and ROCKS pieces from spring 2025 music on tour with rehearsals throughout the week, culminating in a performance at Riverside Church!

Sample Itinerary

New York City has an immense number of activities to enjoy, and we'll be highlighting the city's broad cultural history with our selected itinerary. Here are a few activities that await you as a part of our trip!

• Tour of Carnegie Hall
• A live show on Broadway
• Visit to the Statue of Liberty
• Dinner in the heart of Times Square

...and of course, time for rehearsals and singing in preparation for a final concert at Riverside Church!

Materials

You will receive hard copies of your music when you first arrive at camp when you check in. Digital versions of materials (score PDFs and rehearsal tracks) will be available online to practice before you arrive. Please note that there will be no rehearsal CDs for summer camps.

Costs and Rates

Online credit card payments are subject to a 4% credit card processing fee. You may also choose to pay via check mailed to Encore's address without the credit card fee. To pay via check, please select the check payment option and choose "Pay Later (Check)" on the registration form. (Click here for a visual guide to the button on the registration page.)

• Full Tour Package:
  • Single Occupancy:
    • Check Payment: $2500 per person
    • Credit Card Payment (online): $2600 per person
  • Double Occupancy:
    • Check Payment: $1485 per person
    • Credit Card Payment (online): $1545 per person
• Concert and Rehearsals Only: $350 per person

If you have placed a deposit with us through our Roadmap of Events Deposit registration page, you will receive a coupon code after deposit registration closes. Please use the coupon code provided in that email. Your deposit amount of $200 will be deducted from your subtotal at the payment page. (Please note, when selecting a ticket, it will show the full cost. The final page before payment will have your deposit deducted from the total.)

Final payment is due by April 5th, 2025.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation on or before April 5th, 2025: Full refund 
• Cancellation from April 6th, 2025 - May 6th, 2025: 50% refund
• Cancellation on or after May 7th, 2025: No refund
