Registration includes accommodation at Inn at Gaylord, all scheduled meals, tours, workshops, and the complete musical experience.

Materials

The repertoire list will be posted on the website by April 1 2026.

You will receive hard copies of your music when you arrive at camp. Digital versions of materials (PDFs of the octavos and rehearsal tracks) will be available online 30 days prior to the beginning of the camp so you can practice before you arrive. Please note that there will be no rehearsal CDs for summer camps.

Costs and Rates

The registration for the Nashville ROCKS Camp will allow you to choose your full payment based on whether or not you have paid a deposit for this camp.

Online credit card and ACH payments are subject to processing fees. To avoid processing fees, you may choose to pay via check mailed to Encore's address. To pay by check, please select the "Pay Later" option on the registration form and then select "My payment will be made by..." (Click here for a visual guide to the button on the registration page.)

• Single Occupancy (per person) cost: $2285.00
• Double Occupancy (per person) cost: $1820.00
• Commuter: (per person) cost: $1350.00 (includes everything except hotel)
• Singing Only: (per person) cost: $475.00 (includes rehearsals and concerts only)

Payment in full is due by May 26, 2026.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation on or before May 26, 2026: Full refund 
• Cancellation from May 27th, 2026 - June 25th, 2026: 50% refund
• Cancellation on or after June 26th, 2026: No refund 
  • Refunds will be minus credit card fees unless those fees were included in the original transaction.
  • Please note that Encore is responsible for all payments after this date, so NO exceptions can be made for emergencies, sickness or hospitalizations.
