Accommodations
All Single and Double Registrants will staying at the Hampton Inn in Downtown Philadelphia through the Encore registration for this camp. Commuter participants may choose to stay on their own at other locations in the area. Rehearsals and all activities will be held within walking distance of the Hampton Inn.

- Single and Double registration includes accommodation including breakfast, historic tours, workshops, and the complete Philadelphia musical experience.
- Commuter registration will include everything except hotel accomodations and breakfast.
Repertoire and Materials
The repertoire list will be posted on the website by April 1, 2026.
You will receive hard copies of your music when you arrive at camp. Digital versions of materials (PDFs of the octavos and rehearsal tracks) will be available online 30 days prior to the beginning of the camp so you can practice before you arrive. Please note that there will be no rehearsal CDs for summer camps.
Costs and Rates
The registration for the Philadelphia Music Camp will allow you to choose your full payment based on whether or not you have paid a deposit for this camp.
Online credit card and ACH payments are subject to processing fees. To avoid processing fees, you may choose to pay via check mailed to Encore's address. To pay by check, please select the "Pay Later" option on the registration form and then select "My payment will be made by..." (Click here for a visual guide to the button on the registration page.)
- Single Occupancy per person cost: $1295
- Double Occupancy per person cost: $1095
- Commuter per person cost: $450
Payment in full is due by March 24, 2026.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation on or before March 24, 2026: Full refund
- Cancellation from March 25, 2026 - April 23rd, 2026: 50% refund
- Cancellation on or after April 24, 2026: No refund
- Refunds will be minus credit card fees unless those fees were included in the original transaction.
- Please note that Encore is responsible for all payments in this time frame so NO exceptions can be made for emergencies, sickness or hospitalizations.
