Experience everything the Danube River has to offer as you cruise through Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, Germany, and the Czech Republic. Medieval cities, castles perched on hilltops; quaint villages along the shores; architectural masterpieces in ports of call and spectacular scenery around every bend of the river are all waiting for you. Bustling, cosmopolitan cities and those filled with the charm of picturesque alleyways and cobblestoned lanes lined with shops and cafés will take on new lives as we make music in places where music and great musicians were born.

After a day of travel (July 16th), the Danube Delights River Cruise meets Encore Creativity in Budapest, Hungary where the music and fun begin. Mayflower Cruises and Tours will guide us through the wonderful historic sites and sounds along the Danube River.

This unique cruise experience with Encore Creativity creates the perfect setting to deepen friendships with fellow singers, family, and friends, while making music together in some of Europe's most inspiring destinations. There's something truly magical about singing beautiful choral music together in the very places where musical traditions were born—it's an experience that will stay with you long after the final note fades.

 Registration Process

To fully secure your spot and to join us on this cruise, all travelers must complete two separate registrations: 

1. The first is registration for the Danube River Cruise itself through the tour company, Mayflower Cruises and Tours. All information about options and prices can be found in this document: Danube Delights River Cruise.  All registrations and payments for this portion of the tour are made directly to Mayflower Cruises and Tours. To register for the River Cruise, please CLICK THIS LINK to access the Mayflower registration form. Please download the form, complete it, and email it to the address on the form. If you have questions about the Mayflower registration, please email Casey Kellogg at casey@mayflowercruisesandtours.com. 
2. The second registration is for the unique musical experiences and performances that are added on to the Danube River Cruise by Encore. Please complete this Encore registration form and provide payment for $750/person to Encore. This musical experience includes support for production, staff and venues for three concerts--Vienna, Regensburg, and Prague as well as bus transportation to and from all Encore musical activities. 

NOTE: in order to have a spot reserved, you must have completed the Mayflower registration and paid the $400 deposit AND completed the Encore registration and paid the $750 fee. Once these requirements are met, you will have a spot reserved. If any of the requirements are missing, your name will be placed on an interest list, but you will not have a spot reserved. Spaces are filling up quickly! We will have a waiting list, once the rooms are full.

Materials

The repertoire list will be available on the website by April 1, 2026.

You will receive hard copies of your music when you when you check in with Encore in Budapest. Digital versions of materials (score PDFs of the octavos and rehearsal tracks) will be available online 30 days prior to the beginning of the camp so you can practice before you arrive. Please note that there will be no rehearsal CDs for summer camps and tours.

Costs and Rates

Online credit card and ACH payments are subject to processing fees. To avoid processing fees, you may also choose to pay via check mailed to Encore's address. To pay by check, please select the "Pay Later" option on the registration form and then select "My payment will be made by..." (Click here for a visual guide to the button on the registration page.)

• Total cost:  $750 per person

Payment in full for the Encore registration is due by May 2, 2026. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Encore Registration

• Cancellation on or before May 2, 2026: Full refund 
• Cancellation from May 3, 2026 - June 1, 2026: 50% refund
• Cancellation on or after June 2, 2026: No refund
  • Refunds will be minus credit card fees unless those fees were included in the original transaction.
  • Please note that Encore is responsible for all payments in this time frame, so NO exceptions can be made for emergencies, sickness or hospitalizations.

Refunds for the cruise itselt are handled directly by Mayflower Cruises and Tours according to their refund policy.
