Description

Sing with Encore this Spring!

Important: Registrations submitted after January 14th, 2026 cannot be guaranteed physical sheet music at their first rehearsal. Those who register later may need to print their own music for the start of the semester based on music availability.

Encore Creativity for Older Adults is the nation’s largest choral arts organization for adults 55 and over. Our non-auditioned ensembles are designed for singers of all levels, singing in four-part harmony. You'll rehearse an exciting and challenging repertoire of music in preparation for a concert at the end of the semester.

Encore Chorales: Drawing from a rich tapestry of musical traditions, these ensembles explore classical masterworks, folk songs, spirituals, opera, the American Songbook, Broadway favorites, and holiday music.

Encore ROCKS: Featuring rock 'n' roll classics from the 1940s through today, this high-energy ensemble celebrates decades of iconic music that defined generations.

Encore Broadway: Step into the spotlight with show-stopping numbers from Broadway! This ensemble brings the drama, romance, and pure theatrical magic of Broadway musicals to life.

Encore Sentimental Journey Singers: a community-based choir featuring a combination of familiar and new songs; this program is designed for singers with early to mid-stage cognitive change, their care partners and other community members.

Encore Melody Makers: an interactive singing-based program that combines singing with movement activities; this program is designed for singers experiencing mid-to-moderate stage cognitive change, their care partners and other community members.
