Chautauqua Music Camp 2026 - Airport Shuttle

We are so glad that you will be joining us for our Chautauqua Music Camp this summer! 

This registration is for all campers who would like a shuttle ride from the Buffalo Airport to the Athenaeum Hotel and returning  to the airport after camp.

Getting to Camp: the shuttle will pick up from the airport on Sunday, August 30th at 1:30pm.

Getting back to the Airport: the shuttle will leave the hotel to return to the airport on Friday, September 4th at 3:30pm.

Shuttle Fee: The cost for this shuttle is based on 11 people registering. If fewer people register, the price will increase for those who are registered.

• $175 for a round-trip ticket (before July 17th)
• $275 for a round trip ticket (after July 17th) may be an SUV or a shuttle depending on number of registrations
• $125 for a one-way ticket (either to camp or returning to the airport)

Payment Due: Payment in full is due upon registration (immediately). Shuttle seats will only be held for campers who are paid in full for this shuttle. You may choose to defer your payment if you will be mailing a check, but please email us to let us know that a check is on the way. Thank you!  

Waiting List: Once the first shuttle has been fully booked, we will begin a waiting list for a second shuttle. Once we reach enough campers, we will book a second shuttle. Registration for the shuttle will remain open as long as spots are available. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation on or before June 16th, 2026: Full refund
• Cancellation from June 17th, 2026 – July 16th, 2026: 50% refund
• Cancellation on or after July 17th, 2026: No refund
